Welcome to Tiggie

1. Campaign Period

The challenge is active from 8 May 2026 to 31 July 2026.

Monthly reward cycles will conclude on the last day of each calendar month.

2. Eligibility & Entry

This challenge is open to parents and caregivers residing in Singapore.

To enter, participants must download the Tiggie Parent App, create a child profile, and take a photo at the Tiggie exhibit on Level 1 of Punggol Regional Library.

Entries must be posted publicly on Instagram or Facebook using the hashtag #TiggiePunggol and tagging the official Tiggie Kids account.

3. Winner Selection & Verification

Monthly winners will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entries that have fulfilled all requirements.

The Tiggie Kids team will reach out to potential winners via Facebook or Instagram Direct Message.

To claim the reward, the selected participant must provide the email address used to sign in to the Tiggie Parent App for verification.

Verification will be conducted via the Tiggie Admin Portal to confirm a registered account and completed child profile.

Winners must respond to the DM within 7 days or the reward may be forfeited.

4. Reward Redemption

$20 Popular Vouchers: Sent to the verified winner; non-exchangeable for cash.

Parental Coaching Sessions: Conducted by RCI-certified specialists through the Tiggie Therapist Portal.

50% Discount Coupons: Manually credited to the verified user's account via the Admin Portal for use on future sessions.

5. Content Usage & Privacy

By tagging Tiggie Kids and using the campaign hashtag, participants grant Tiggie Kids a non-exclusive right to use the User-Generated Content (UGC) for social proof, trust-building, and marketing purposes.

Personal data collected (email and social media handle) is used strictly for prize verification and concierge onboarding.
