Every child deserves the opportunity to grow, learn, and thrive. At Tiggie, we're making child development simple, personalized, and accessible for every family.
We empower parents and caregivers with expert-backed guidance, personalized activities, milestone tracking, therapist support, and home-based learning experiences — helping children reach their full potential, one milestone at a time.
We envision a world where every child has access to the right developmental support, regardless of where they live. By combining expert knowledge with innovative technology, we're making early childhood development more accessible, engaging, and personalized for families everywhere.
We believe parents are a child's first and most important teachers. Our mission is to provide simple, intuitive, and personalized solutions that help families understand their child's development, support learning through everyday activities, and access trusted guidance — empowering parents to confidently nurture their child's growth every step of the way.
We equip parents with the knowledge, confidence, and tools to actively support their child's development.
We create fun, meaningful, and interactive learning experiences that fit naturally into everyday family life.
Our platform is built on expert knowledge, evidence-based practices, and a commitment to providing reliable developmental guidance.
Every child and every family is unique. We listen, understand, and support parents with compassion throughout their journey.
Tiggie was born from a personal story.
Ten years ago, my daughter taught me that parenting isn't a textbook journey — it's a path without a map. Like many parents, my wife and I wanted the very best for her, but we quickly found ourselves overwhelmed by endless advice online. Instead of clarity, we found confusion.
We realized parenting is often messy, non-linear, and sometimes lonely. Parents don't need more information — they need trusted guidance that helps them know what to do next.
That experience inspired us to create Tiggie.
Our goal was simple: replace overwhelming search results with science-backed guidance and meaningful "micro-wins" that help parents confidently support their child's development from day one.
Today, Tiggie combines child development expertise with technology to provide personalized activities, milestone tracking, therapist support, and practical guidance that fits naturally into everyday family life.
We're not here to tell parents how to raise their children. We're here to give every family the clarity, confidence, and support they deserve.

As a founder and CEO of Tiggie Kids, Martin leads Tiggie Kids’ mission to transform early intervention through AI-driven, personalized learning. His background is a unique blend of engineering, learning design, and over a decade of business leadership, where he specializes in building technology that creates tangible social impact.
Martin’s journey began in 2016 when his daughter was identified as potentially neurodivergent; the lack of accessible developmental activities and the high cost of private care led him to spend years curating resources for her. This personal mission now drives Tiggie Kids to empower every child to reach their full potential and integrate into society.

Shoelle Goh’s role as a Programme Manager at Tiggie Kids is fueled by a profound personal mission. As a mother to two boys with neurodevelopmental differences (including ASD, Dyslexia, and DCD), she intimately understands the challenges and triumphs of navigating the special education landscape.
This lived experience, combined with her Master of Education (Special Education) (NIE, 2023) and a decade as a Primary School Teacher, allows Shoelle to bridge the critical gap between research-based strategies and practical home application.
Shoelle is deeply committed to the Tiggie Kids mission: making evidence-based early intervention simple, accessible, and fun for families globally. Her work involves designing programmes that empower caregivers, ensuring they are never left feeling isolated or told to simply “wait and see.” Every resource aims to transform parental confusion into lasting confidence.
And when Shoelle needs to clear her head and recharge? You’ll find her cruising the roads on her motorbike or singing to her heart’s content. Because just like our children, caregivers need space to breathe and feel joy, too.

Those early years taught him to wear every hat in the room, which later opened the door to the fast-moving world of tech and SaaS, where he has focused on both product marketing and social storytelling.
Outside of work, Simon is passionate about a variety of pursuits, from competing in volleyball tournaments and playing video games to collecting skincare and expressing his creativity through painting. He approaches life and work with the same energy and curiosity, always exploring new challenges and finding ways to grow.
